Lumen Agents was founded in 2021 with a mission to redefine the field of career advising by combining our knowledge of recruiting, coaching, and the evolving career landscape to serve as “agent” to our clients. The outstanding EQ of our team means that we are careful listeners, perceptive observers, and considerate thinkers who build authentic relationships with our clients to confidently advise on their unique career decisions.
Our standards of excellence guide everything we do.
The Lumen Agents team is based in the NY metro area, but since all coaching occurs virtually, our clients are located across the country— and at all career stages. Whether a client is discovering a path that excites them or is busy excelling in their current role, we provide the resources and support to take them to the next level. From college students and early-stage career professionals to established individuals, our best investment is the one we make in our clients, and we are partners in their success throughout their entire career trajectory.
We do not believe in a “one size fits all” approach to coaching. Our mission is rooted in our understanding that each client’s goals and their path to achieving them might be different, so no two client sessions will ever look the same. Our team is tenacious and resourceful; if one tactic isn’t working, we pivot until we find the right one.
We love a challenge.
