The Lumen Launch Program

Though this program is structured to meet the needs of today’s job seekers, no two client engagements will look the same. With consideration for your unique background and goals, we will teach you the skills to navigate the job search in a way that works best for you.

What We Deliver

Over the course of 12 total sessions with the Lumen Agents team, clients will receive 6 strategic coaching sessions, 4 sessions with a writing coach, and 2 sessions to discuss research and networking strategies. By the end of this program clients will be equipped with:

  • A stronger understanding of themselves and their ideal career path(s)
  • A career narrative told via a resume, LinkedIn profile, and customizable cover letter template
  • An awareness of the nuanced hiring landscape and an actionable job search strategy
  • The confidence and preparedness to ace interviews and build a professional network
  • 15 potential job opportunities to kickstart the job search, plus a proprietary job tracking tool

The Lumen Launch Program takes an average of two months to complete. Though this timeline can be accelerated or extended depending your availability, the program must be completed within six months.

How to Apply

Due to the time commitment and individualized approach of this program, spots are extremely limited. If you are interested in the Lumen Launch Program we ask that you complete a brief application so we can ensure that our services are a match for your goals. To apply, in addition to the usual personal information you will also need to submit the following:

  • The latest version of your resume
  • A brief statement detailing your career goals
  • A sentence describing what you hope to take away from the program

The Lumen Launch Program is $7,000, billed in two installments of $3,500.  The first installment is due upon signing the client agreement and the second is due one month later.
